Community Manager

About the role

Imprint Social is expanding, and we’re looking for sharp, creative Social Media Community Managers with a deep understanding of one of the following markets: UK, United States, South Africa, Czech Republic, India. We’re looking for people who live and breathe social media and are deeply familiar with the culture, current affairs, media, sport, entertainment and online conversations shaping their relevant market.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow social media communities through smart, organic engagement.
• Create engaging, platform‑specific content.
• Monitor current affairs, cultural moments and online conversations in your relevant market.
• Stay up to date with relevant creators, podcasts, commentators and digital communities.
• Identify emerging trends and narratives.
• Apply critical thinking and editorial judgement before engaging.
• Work closely with analysts and digital teams to turn insights into action.

Required profile

• Excellent proficiency in the language(s) relevant to your market.
• Deep familiarity with at least one target market (UK, US, South Africa, Czech Republic, India).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
• Strong interest in current affairs, culture, sport, entertainment and media.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Critical thinking and strong editorial judgement.
• Experience creating or managing social media content.
• Strong attention to detail.
