About the role

Newsbound is an AI‑powered PR platform that helps communications teams move from manual list‑building to strategic storytelling. As a Communications & PR Specialist you will own day‑to‑day communications for a portfolio of technology companies, shaping narratives and managing media relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own communications across a portfolio of technology clients, managing relationships, priorities and expectations.
• Use the Newsbound platform to uncover media opportunities, story angles and relevant journalists, and provide feedback to the product team.
• Transform company news, market shifts and industry conversations into compelling communications opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, podcasts and creators, and coordinate outreach.
• Analyze media results to understand performance and guide next steps.
• Help define and improve the processes and workflows that power Newsbound’s operations.

Required profile

• At least two years of PR and communications experience, preferably with technology companies.
• Native‑level written and spoken English with strong editorial judgment.
• Proven client‑management experience and ability to work independently.
• Ability to quickly assess AI‑generated content and determine its quality.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with curiosity about AI’s impact on communications.
• Collaborative mindset and interest in shaping product and company growth.
