Clinical Product Manager

About the role

iMDsoft is seeking a Clinical Product Manager to join its product team and help shape the future of critical‑care technology. The role bridges clinical practice and technical development, ensuring the MetaVision platform meets real‑world needs.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap, providing clinical expertise on agents, Real‑World Evidence applications and data models such as openEHR, FHIR and OMOP.
• Define and document clinical workflows, linking them to business cases and product requirements.
• Act as internal subject‑matter expert, evaluating and validating product concepts from a clinical perspective.
• Gather market intelligence, track trends and assess competitors to inform product decisions.
• Represent the voice of clinicians throughout the organization and support commercialization efforts, including sales enablement and presale activities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on clinical experience (e.g., physician, nurse, physician assistant).
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical scoring and terminology catalogs.
• Experience in a health‑technology environment with knowledge of medical‑device regulations.
• Background in product management or product development in the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in Agile, Lean or Scrum environments.
