Clinical Researcher

About the role

MedINT is seeking a Clinical Researcher to join its Clinical Research team. The role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys deep medical literature research and wants to see that expertise directly shape AI‑driven clinical decision support tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth literature reviews to answer complex, patient‑specific clinical questions using primary research, guidelines, and credible sources.
• Synthesize evidence into clear, accurate, and timely research findings for clinicians and internal teams.
• Support AI product development by labeling, reviewing, and validating clinical data and model outputs against defined rubrics.
• Ensure research findings are reproducible, defensible, and well‑documented.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of medical experts and AI developers to bridge clinical needs and product capabilities.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor (MD), MSc in Medical Sciences, related field, or Research Nurse.
• Experience in academic research, scientific writing, and hands‑on clinical practice.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (additional languages a plus).
