Clinical Application Specialist

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist will act as the bridge between our smART+™ feeding platform and ICU teams. You will provide clinical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from pre‑sale demonstrations to installation and post‑sale support, ensuring optimal use of the technology to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation and delivery of training materials for hospital staff.
• Provide on‑site and remote guidance, including pre‑installation, post‑installation and on‑the‑job training.
• Assist clinicians in adapting workflows and standards of care to integrate the smART+™ system.
• Collect and document voice‑of‑customer feedback for product management, focusing on usability, human factors and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with field sales, project management and service teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of ICU or Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship‑building, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible, 24/7 schedules and travel domestically and internationally.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
