Business Development Manager – Asset Management

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of an established boutique asset management firm in Israel to hire a commercially driven Sales & Business Development Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will expand the firm’s mutual fund distribution and discretionary portfolio management business across the Israeli investment market.

Key responsibilities

• Market and distribute the firm’s five mutual funds to investment advisers across Israeli banks.
• Develop relationships with centralised investment advisory teams, private banking departments and wealth‑management professionals.
• Build partnerships with family offices, insurance agencies and other financial intermediaries.
• Generate new clients for the firm’s discretionary portfolio management services.
• Organise meetings, presentations and professional events to promote the firm’s investment products.
• Develop new distribution channels and commercial partnerships across the Israeli investment market.
• Support the opening of managed investment accounts through Israeli and international banking platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in asset management, investment sales, mutual‑fund distribution or financial‑services business development.
• Strong understanding of the Israeli investment and wealth‑management market, preferably with established relationships in Israeli banks.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build long‑term client relationships.
• Comfortable working independently and travelling across Israel to meet clients.
• Ability to develop relationships with family offices, financial advisers and other intermediaries.
