Brand Media Manager

About the role

As the Brand Media Manager for Israel, you will own brand and mid‑funnel paid media, shaping media execution locally and influencing global strategy. You will work closely with the local marketing team and the Performance Marketing team to ensure full‑funnel orchestration, reporting to the Global Head of Media in Amsterdam and the Head of Marketing Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Create an annual full‑funnel media strategy in partnership with the Performance Marketing team.
• Plan and execute paid media campaigns across TV, OOH, Paid Social and other channels.
• Brief external media agencies and internal digital teams, integrating their inputs into a unified media plan.
• Evaluate campaign performance against commercial and marketing goals and report results to global and local leadership.
• Manage global media projects, including frameworks, toolkits, tests and experiments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand paid media, with specific knowledge of the Israeli market.
• Track record of managing seven‑figure above‑the‑line media budgets.
• Direct experience handling both digital and offline media channels.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Meta and DV360.
• Recent experience with Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality experiments and attribution analysis.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
