Backend Developer – High‑Volume Real‑Time Audio System

About the role

We are seeking a Backend Developer to take a central role in designing, building, and maintaining a high‑volume, real‑time audio processing system. You will focus on scalability, resilience, and seamless integration of components through REST APIs and microservices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and operate a critical real‑time audio processing platform.
• Design and implement microservices architecture using message buses such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Optimize database operations and message‑queue performance for high reliability.
• Create and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure high availability.
• Work with containerised workloads in a Kubernetes environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience with Java.NET, or Python.
• Hands‑on experience with containers and Kubernetes.
• Proven ability to design microservices using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Problem‑solver with good interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with C++ and monitoring tools, Docker, Git, CI/CD is a plus.
