Attorney – Alternative Funds

About the role

We are seeking a qualified attorney to support our alternative funds team. The role involves managing communications with U.S. law firms, overseeing legal processes related to asset realization, foreclosures, and mortgages, and providing legal counsel to the investment team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with U.S. law firms supporting fund activities.
• Coordinate, monitor, and review legal processes for asset realization, foreclosure proceedings, and mortgage matters.
• Analyze legal cases and track the status of foreclosure proceedings.
• Provide legal support on real‑estate, lending, regulatory, and contractual issues.
• Review and analyze loan agreements, security documents, purchase agreements, and title documents.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree and admission to the Israeli Bar.
• Completed commercial law internship.
• 0–2 years of experience as an attorney (advantageous).
• Excellent proficiency in legal English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
