Account Manager (International Clients)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our company and a portfolio of international clients. You will manage creative projects for leading brands, ensure successful delivery, and travel abroad to oversee exhibition setups.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate internal teams to execute client briefs and deliver designs on time and within budget.
• Integrate new clients, nurture existing relationships, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Provide ongoing customer service and account support.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and execution details.
• Travel internationally at least six times a year to supervise exhibition installations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management (mandatory).
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in French or German is an advantage.
• Effective sales and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad frequently (minimum six trips per year).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with international clients or exhibitions is a plus.
