About the role

Join Amazon Web Services to help build QuickSuite, a next‑generation Generative AI platform that will reshape enterprise operations. As a Software Development Engineer you will be part of an early‑stage team, turning business ideas into working prototypes and scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables and rapid prototypes.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable, reliable distributed services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, and other engineers to iterate on AI‑driven features.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a passion for AI and cloud technologies.
• Experience building large‑scale services in a fast‑moving environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly.
