About the role

We are seeking a NOC Operator to join a leading technology company, responsible for monitoring and supporting mission‑critical systems operating in Israel and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Monitor mission‑critical systems to ensure continuous availability.
Provide support and troubleshooting for system issues across global operations.

Required profile

Previous experience in Help Desk or IT Support.
Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Strong English communication skills.
Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
