GRC Solution Practitioner

About the role

The GRC Solution Practitioner sits at the crossroads of governance, risk, compliance and cutting‑edge AI. You will work directly with Deloitte clients to uncover business needs, design end‑to‑end solutions, and deliver functional demos that embed artificial intelligence into risk and compliance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Identify gaps and use cases across cyber risk, governance and compliance, translating them into concrete solution specifications.
• Analyse client systems and processes to determine architectural requirements and design appropriate responses.
• Integrate AI capabilities into GRC workflows and define the associated risk, control and oversight frameworks.
• Scope, prototype and build working demos for risk‑assessment tools, third‑party risk management (TPRM) frameworks and regulatory compliance models.
• Own the full solution lifecycle—from requirements gathering and development to client implementation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC, cyber risk or business continuity, with solid cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to build and automate solutions, with demonstrable results.
• Strong product thinking: ability to write clear specifications and deliver client‑ready outcomes.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/42001, NIST and major privacy regulations.
• Technical fluency across cloud environments and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Professional proficiency in English and Hebrew.

Required skills

• AI/ML tooling (e.g., generative AI platforms, machine‑learning pipelines).
• Risk‑assessment and TPRM solution development.
• Regulatory compliance modeling.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, privacy regulation frameworks.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Network architecture, operating‑system concepts and security models (advantage).
