Talent Acquisition Specialist – Maternity Leave

About the role

Guardio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to cover a maternity leave within its People team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the candidate experience and driving the recruitment of top talent across the company’s core business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for critical positions using innovative sourcing channels.
• Lead end‑to‑end candidate experiences and strengthen Guardio’s employer brand.
• Collaborate on optimizing hiring processes and ensure a smooth interview workflow.
• Collect, analyze, and visualize recruitment metrics to inform decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a high‑tech environment.
• Proven expertise in modern sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High proficiency in English.
