Storage Business Lead – Israel

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Storage Business Lead for Israel, based in Ra'anana. The role drives the growth, execution and profitability of the storage business across the Israeli market, combining enterprise storage expertise with commercial leadership. It is a hybrid position, with about two days per week spent in an HPE office.

Key responsibilities

• Own the storage business strategy and business plan for Israel, and drive revenue growth, pipeline, market share and profitability.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers, public-sector organizations, service providers and strategic partners.
• Lead account planning and opportunity development for primary and secondary storage, hybrid cloud and data-management solutions, and backup, recovery and cyber-resilience solutions.
• Work with sales, presales, channel, marketing, services, finance and technical teams to execute business priorities.
• Build and manage a partner ecosystem of distributors, resellers, system integrators and technology alliances.
• Develop value propositions, proposals and executive presentations, support complex sales, negotiations and strategic bids, and set forecasts and pipeline reviews.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, partner events, industry conferences and executive forums, and coach internal teams and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud, data management or storage.
• Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, business development, product management or go-to-market management.
• Experience with Israeli enterprise customers and channel partners.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English; willingness to travel within Israel and occasionally internationally.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise storage technologies and data-center solutions.
• Executive communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, multinational organization.
• Pipeline and forecast management, consultative selling, and cross-functional leadership.

Preferred: experience with enterprise storage, hybrid cloud, cyber resilience, backup or data services; existing relationships with major Israeli enterprises, government organizations and technology partners; familiarity with public-sector procurement and large tenders; MBA or advanced degree; experience leading cross-functional or virtual teams.
