Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to lead brand strategies and drive our digital presence. The role combines client relationship management, content creation, and performance analysis to produce viral social media campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day communication with clients, manage workflows and nurture strong relationships.
• Develop content strategies, write detailed briefs, copy and engaging captions.
• Produce, film and edit high‑conversion Reels, Stories and posts.
• Lead on‑site shoot days, coordinating with photographers and graphic designers.
• Build content calendars, schedule uploads and monitor performance metrics.
• Identify emerging viral trends and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong copywriting ability with a creative tone.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Passion for aesthetics, photography, creative direction and branding.
• Highly organized, accountable and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Video editing with CapCut and InShot.
• Design and content creation using Canva and modern AI tools.
• Platform expertise: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn.
