About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator and Strategist to join a fast‑paced, fully remote digital media team. The role involves managing daily content flow across major platforms, ensuring posts are timely, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and publish daily content on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including breaking news, evergreen, and high‑performing posts.
• Coordinate with social media and editorial teams to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Adapt publishing plans quickly in response to breaking news, trends, and platform changes.
• Write engaging captions and copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve strategy and reach.
• Learn and use scheduling, media library, and content management tools for tagging and organizing assets.
• Identify opportunities to optimize publishing practices and audience engagement.
• Maintain flexible working hours to cover major events or urgent updates.

Required profile

• Familiarity with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple publishing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written communication and ability to craft concise social copy.
• Quick learner of new software, scheduling platforms, and content management systems.
• Comfortable adapting schedule for breaking news or special events.
• Effective independent work in a fully remote, desktop‑based setting.
