ServiceNow Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementation, deployment, upgrade and expansion projects on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves full project lifecycle management, from planning and scope definition to resource coordination and client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop work plans and manage projects according to scope, schedule and budget.
• Track and monitor project progress, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage risks, roadblocks, issues and escalations.
• Coordinate communication with clients, stakeholders, vendors and internal teams.
• Lead change‑management and organizational adoption processes.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance and system acceptance.
• Ensure complete documentation and compliance with organisational standards.
• Continuously improve project‑management and delivery processes.
• Align projects with Bynet’s broader ICT and integration strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software projects, including planning, implementation, integration, monitoring, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform or automation solutions (advantage).
• At least 5 years leading complex, multidisciplinary technology projects in large enterprises.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on‑site and in a hybrid format.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL or ServiceNow certifications.
• High level of English proficiency.
