PC Technician – IT Support

Key responsibilities

• Providing ongoing technical support to users across the organization
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and Windows‑related issues
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers and workstations
• Managing users, permissions, and groups in Active Directory
• Working with Microsoft, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
• Managing and documenting service requests in Jira
• Troubleshooting basic network and connectivity issues
• Collaborating with additional IT teams within the organization

Required profile

• Previous experience as a PC Technician / IT Support / Help Desk (required)
• Hands‑on experience with Active Directory (required)
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, hardware, and software issues (required)
• Basic knowledge of networking
• Good English skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Jira (advantage)
