Senior Sales Manager - Government Sector

About the role

Motorola Solutions is looking for a Senior Sales Manager based in Israel to lead its direct sales initiatives within the government sector. The role works alongside customers to manage high-stakes sales engagements with government ministries, national defense organizations and public safety agencies, expanding the reach of the company's technology ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead direct sales engagements with government ministries and public safety agencies to drive ecosystem adoption
• Develop territory strategies in Israel for the Critical Communications and Video Security portfolios
• Cultivate long-term executive partnerships with key government decision-makers
• Orchestrate complex procurement processes and respond to high-value public tenders
• Work with engineering teams to map customer requirements to Command Center solutions
• Manage end-to-end sales pipelines from engagement to contract closure to exceed annual revenue targets

Required profile

• Experience navigating public tenders and defense compliance frameworks in Israel
• Experience executing high-value contract negotiations with public sector executives
• Experience building a network of cross-functional enterprise partners
• Preferred: experience deploying Priority Intelligence or machine learning platforms in an enterprise setting; Master's degree in business administration or a technical field; fluency in multiple languages; 25-50% travel; relocation provided
