Senior Cyber Security Engineer

About the role

Tipalti is looking for a dynamic Senior Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen its security posture across cloud, SaaS, AI, and corporate environments. You will join a fast‑growing AI‑powered finance automation platform and collaborate with engineering, DevOps, IT, and security operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security architectures and controls for cloud, SaaS, AI, and corporate workloads.
• Secure enterprise infrastructure by hardening cloud environments, protecting sensitive data, and managing identity and access.
• Deploy and optimize security technologies across Identity, Endpoint, Network, Email, Cloud, SaaS, Data Protection, and Security Operations.
• Identify, prioritize, and remediate security risks, vulnerabilities, cloud exposures, and SaaS findings.
• Lead end‑to‑end security projects, driving automation and scalable solutions.
• Support secure adoption of AI technologies while aligning with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, and CIS Controls.

Required profile

• 5+ years of information security experience, including 4+ years in hands‑on security engineering.
• 3+ years of IT infrastructure or systems engineering experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, MDM, and enterprise networking.
• Proven experience securing AWS, Azure, and GCP using modern cloud‑security platforms.
• Strong background in IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, PAM, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and encryption.
