Senior AML Officer – Investments Division

About the role

We are seeking a Senior AML Officer to join the Investments Division of a leading Israeli asset manager. The role will act as the primary advisor on anti‑money‑laundering matters, supporting new products, business initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing AML advisory support to the Investments Division.
• Assess new engagements, products and activities from an AML perspective.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Information Systems, Operations, Compliance and supervisory stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, analyses and control reviews for decision‑making and regulatory oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in AML, compliance or regulatory roles within a financial institution.
• Proven ability to advise business stakeholders and support business processes.
• Familiarity with investments, capital markets or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and driving process‑improvement initiatives.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
