Sales Representative – Inbound Leads

About the role

Join a well‑established company in North Tel Aviv that is expanding its sales team. As a Sales Representative you will work exclusively with warm inbound leads, consult with interested clients, and close deals without the need for cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from interested customers from start to finish.
• Identify customer needs, match them with the right products, and execute effective upselling and cross‑selling.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Use internal CRM and multiple software tools efficiently to track interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in inside sales, call‑center, or direct sales environments.
• Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills and high motivation to succeed.
• Native or fluent Hebrew speaker.
• Tech‑savvy with comfort using CRM systems and various software applications.
