Product Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

Carmel Forge is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Manager to join its on‑site manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring that critical aerospace components meet the highest standards before they leave the factory.

Key responsibilities

• Final Product Release – review manufacturing documentation and parts to confirm full compliance with approved customer specifications and authorize shipment.
• Non‑Conformance Management – investigate, manage and resolve product non‑conformances and quality deviations both on‑site and with customers.
• Customer Focal Point – act as the primary QA contact for international OEM aerospace customers, handling inquiries and technical documentation.
• Standards Compliance – guarantee that all production and quality processes strictly adhere to customer requirements and aerospace industry standards.

Required profile

• Background in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in aerospace or related high‑precision industries.
• High proficiency in English for direct communication with global customers and technical document review.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
