Procurement Specialist – International Purchasing & Logistics

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Procurement Specialist to manage international purchasing, logistics and trade activities for a leading aircraft spare‑parts trader. You will act as the key link between global suppliers, customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth supply‑chain operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate end‑to‑end international logistics, import/export processes and purchase‑order tracking.
- Maintain daily communication with global customers and suppliers in high‑level English.
- Support commercial and sales initiatives related to the company’s product portfolio.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in purchasing, international trade, global procurement or import/export management.
- Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, multitask and collaborate with teams.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas) and overall Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
