Pre-Sales AI Consultant

About the role

WalkMe is looking for a Pre‑Sales AI Consultant to join its EMEA team. You will partner with sales and presales colleagues to help customers evaluate, adopt, and scale WalkMe AI solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Presales teams across EMEA to support AI‑focused customer engagements.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, AI‑centric demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
• Align customer AI strategies, architectures, and business objectives with WalkMe’s AI capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance on generative and contextual AI, LLMs, deployment models, and enterprise security considerations.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of experience in SaaS presales, sales engineering, consulting, or solution architecture with enterprise customers.
• Deep knowledge of generative AI, large language models, AI architectures, prompt development, and security requirements.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering compelling demos and technical walkthroughs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and AI deployment contexts.
