AI Engineer – Technical Enablement

About the role

Micron Technology seeks an AI Engineer to develop and enable AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems, automate processes, and ensure security and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI tools and workflows using platforms such as Copilot Studio, UiPath, and other automation frameworks.
• Connect AI agents with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, M365), external APIs, and knowledge bases.
• Identify repetitive tasks and design intelligent automation to improve efficiency.
• Secure agent interactions via encryption, authentication, and authorization; integrate with identity platforms.
• Partner with cybersecurity to ensure data protection, threat modeling, and compliance.
• Enable AI literacy across teams through documentation and training.
• Collect feedback, iterate, and contribute to a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, AI, machine learning, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software development, including 2+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving, agile delivery, and cross‑team communication skills.
