About the role

Vishay is looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join its production team in Migdal Ha'emek, Israel. You will work on the front‑ and back‑end processes of semiconductor and passive component manufacturing, ensuring that daily production targets are met.

Key responsibilities

Follow production plans and maintain line output efficiency.
Adhere to internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations.
Execute and supervise manufacturing steps according to defined procedures.
Collaborate with maintenance technicians and other internal interfaces.
Monitor and verify the continuous quality of produced items.

Required profile

Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Ability to operate production equipment safely.
Technical aptitude for handling manufacturing tasks.
Team‑oriented mindset and ability to follow instructions.
