About the role

Vishay is looking for motivated Manufacturing Operators to join its Migdal Ha'emek plant in northern Israel. You will work on production lines that create semiconductor and passive electronic components for a wide range of industries, ensuring smooth and efficient output.

Key responsibilities

Follow production plans and schedules to meet line output targets.
Execute front‑end and back‑end manufacturing processes according to work instructions.
Monitor product quality continuously and report any deviations.
Collaborate with maintenance technicians and other internal teams.
Adhere to safety rules, internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Willingness to work in shifts.
Ability to follow detailed work instructions.
Team‑oriented attitude.
Basic technical aptitude.

Required skills

Production equipment operation.
