About the role
We are a tech‑focused outsourcing firm seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to launch a career in HR. You will join an experienced recruiting team, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment. The role involves supporting hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and contributing to the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and screen resumes.
- Conduct phone interviews and write candidate evaluations.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment process up to the offer stage.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Learn and use advanced recruitment systems and innovative sourcing techniques.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably Psychology, Social Sciences or related fields).
- High motivation to grow in HR and recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
