IT Support Specialist (Armis/Veza)

About the role

ServiceNow's Armis protects the entire attack surface and manages cyber risk exposure in real time, and the company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage global IT physical and virtual assets and deliver technical support to employees. You will join the Global IT & Security team and report to the ServiceNow DT & Security Support Manager, working closely with all departments and end-users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to ServiceNow employees
• Implement, deploy and manage IT & Security asset management systems and processes
• Manage the lifecycle, contracts and support of physical and virtual assets
• Handle global IT & Security asset procurement and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
• Deal with payments, invoices and work with the finance team and vendor finance requests
• Maintain conference room infrastructure and systems
• Handle employee onboarding setup and offboarding
• Identify, automate and document solutions to common issues, and work with on-premises and cloud systems
• On-call support every other Friday

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience providing end-user support in a macOS environment
• Experience in asset (physical and virtual) management and logistics operations
• Experience with local and international shipping and with suppliers and vendor management
• Strong English, both spoken and written
• Independence, time management, negotiation and training skills, and a team player mindset
