Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

As a Human Resources Coordinator at Six Senses in Tel Aviv, you will support the HR function while embodying the brand’s commitment to sustainability, wellness, and emotional hospitality. You will work closely with the HR Director/Manager to ensure smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and off‑boarding processes.
• Assist with recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and time‑keeping data to ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Support training programs, keep training records, and contribute to monthly HR reporting.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support.
• Help organise employee engagement events and retention initiatives.
• Assist in payroll preparation and administration of benefits, visas, and work permits.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of discretion.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using HRIS, payroll, and time‑and‑attendance systems.
