HR Coordinator – Public Transportation (Holon)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to support a large public‑transportation operation in Holon. The role provides end‑to‑end HR services for roughly 300 employees, acting as the primary HR contact for staff and managers across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Conduct face‑to‑face interviews and support recruitment processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Handle onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations and related documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries about employment terms, attendance, welfare and HR policies.
• Maintain accurate employee data, attendance records and HR reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and corporate HR functions.
• Implement and support company‑wide HR policies and initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience conducting in‑person interviews.
• Experience with blue‑collar workforces is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of labor laws is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several priorities simultaneously.
