HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join ControlUp’s global HR team. In this role you will support senior, mid‑level and junior managers across the organization, driving HR strategy, talent management and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Provide coaching, advice and guidance to managers and employees on performance, development and employee relations.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including candidate negotiation and contract finalisation, especially for R&D roles.
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through development to off‑boarding.
• Collaborate in a fast‑paced, highly‑collaborative environment to ensure HR initiatives are executed effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR Business Partner experience in a high‑tech or technology company.
• Proven ability to advise and influence managers and business leaders.
• Experience with global, dynamic workplaces and end‑to‑end recruitment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a fun, energetic personality.
