About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team within a leading financial organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent across a variety of roles.
Key responsibilities
- Understand hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and arrange face‑to‑face interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Required profile
- Previous recruitment experience – required.
- Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Experience conducting phone and face‑to‑face interviews.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting within the financial sector is an advantage.
