Head of Product Communications & Storytelling

About the role

Hello Heart is building an AI‑driven platform that predicts cardiac events before they happen. As Head of Product Communications & Storytelling, you will shape how the company’s vision, products, and emerging category are communicated to internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the narrative for Hello Heart’s product vision, company story, and category leadership across all touchpoints.
• Translate complex AI, clinical science, and product innovation into clear business narratives for executives, enterprise buyers, clinicians, members, partners, analysts and employees.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between Product & Technology teams and the broader organization, ensuring messaging focuses on customer value and business outcomes.
• Partner with the CPTO and product leadership to influence strategic decisions and define how the Cardiac AI Prevention category is presented.
• Develop and maintain consistent messaging for internal communications, customer engagements, partner briefings, and public market communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience shaping product narratives and storytelling at a senior level.
• Deep understanding of AI‑enabled health technologies and the ability to convey technical concepts in business terms.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, technology, and executive leadership.
