Global Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Global Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to join our Global HR team. The role partners with multiple business functions worldwide, driving recruitment and supporting people processes across Europe and Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle global recruitment from job description creation to offer acceptance.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, AI tools and creative channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, craft engaging job ads and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and build talent pipelines for future needs.
• Support onboarding, performance review cycles and employee welfare initiatives.
• Provide basic HR guidance on policies and labor‑law topics as required.
• Assist managers with day‑to‑day people‑management issues and development initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on global sourcing for R&D and GTM functions.
• Hands‑on experience in HR processes such as onboarding, performance management and welfare activities.
• Proven ability to recruit for diverse functions including Sales, R&D, Engineering and Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
