General Manager - B2B Marketplace

About the role

Keshet is seeking a General Manager to launch and scale a new international B2B Marketplace platform. This senior, end‑to‑end position will shape the product from concept through launch, oversee operations, and drive growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and launch of the marketplace, defining vision, user journeys, onboarding flows, and core workflows.
• Map participant needs and translate them into product, operational, and business requirements.
• Build and prioritize the product roadmap based on business value, user experience, and platform goals.
• Select and implement the technological infrastructure that supports the platform.
• Manage ongoing platform activity, including data measurement, performance improvement, and user experience.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and success metrics; monitor and report on marketplace health.
• Collaborate with business, technology, legal, finance, and operations stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives based on data, feedback, and market evolution.
• Develop operational infrastructure to support growth and expansion into new markets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in product management or leadership of B2B marketplace platforms.
• Deep understanding of multi‑sided products, supply‑demand dynamics, matching, conversion, and retention.
• Proven ability to define product vision, user journeys, and prioritize features with development, design, data, and operations teams.
• Experience translating business needs into measurable digital products and workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product metrics, analytics, and dashboards for decision‑making.
