Front Office Manager – New Hotel Opening

About the role

We are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the opening of Six Senses Tel Aviv, a new luxury hotel focused on sustainability, wellness and unique guest experiences. The role will oversee all front‑office operations, ensuring the brand’s standards of emotional hospitality and responsible service are delivered from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Front Office department, supervising hosts and ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Assess and update room amenities, rates and wellness‑focused products to align with Six Senses standards.
• Oversee reservations, advance deposits, guaranteed bookings, no‑show policies and guest profile management in partnership with the Reservations Manager.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Housekeeping, F&B and the Director of Rooms to coordinate seamless arrivals and departures.
• Implement and enforce policies, procedures, cost‑control measures and legal, safety and financial requirements.
• Drive training initiatives that embed a cost‑focused philosophy and uphold brand values of local sensitivity and global sensibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Three to four years of front‑office or guest‑services experience in luxury hotels, including managerial responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced opening environment.
