Financial ERP Domain Leader – Finance Project Manager

About the role

NiCE is seeking a Financial ERP Domain Leader to join its Finance ERP team. You will blend accounting expertise with hands‑on data, systems, and automation work to ensure financial data integrity, reporting quality, and continuous process improvement across a global finance organization.

Key responsibilities

• Validate financial data accuracy and investigate anomalies across systems.
• Design and maintain automated reconciliation processes supporting the close cycle.
• Prepare, load, and transform financial data between systems, handling large‑scale bulk operations, corrections, and migrations.
• Build and maintain self‑service reports and analytics for finance stakeholders.
• Lead AI and automation pilots to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support finance projects such as system rollouts, process improvements, and M&A integrations.
• Collaborate with global finance and IT teams on operational enhancements and system upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or corporate finance with exposure to financial systems and data.
• Strong technology orientation and ability to work independently with data.
• High analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Understanding of core finance processes: close cycle, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• CPA (or working toward it) – advantage.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation accounting – advantage.
• Experience with ERP or financial management systems – advantage.
• M&A experience or SaaS industry background – advantage.
