Financial Controller – Group Finance

About the role

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Financial Controller to join the Group Finance team in Tel Aviv. The role will oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting and internal control processes across our global fintech operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
• Lead external audit work, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Implement and maintain appropriate systems and internal controls throughout accounting and finance processes.
• Support headquarters with ad‑hoc accounting, tax and project tasks.
• Provide guidance to subsidiaries and local finance teams.
• Manage day‑to‑day finance activities such as accounts payable, cash flow and banking transactions.
• Oversee company taxation, VAT reconciliation and preparation of VAT reporting packages.
• Monitor subsidiary bank accounts and daily payments.
• Prepare budget‑vs‑actual analyses and financial reporting packages for HQ.
• Review subsidiaries’ capital adequacy ratios and ensure proper signatory rights at group level.
• Partner with business units to ensure accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS.

Required profile

• CPA qualification.
• Experience in a Big 4 firm, preferably within a high‑tech department.
• 3–4 years experience as a controller in a public company.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• In‑depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
• Solid understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
