Field Operations Coordinator – Chinese Speaker

About the role

Remitly is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Coordinator to join its Israel team. You will act as the operational backbone for field activities, linking employers, sales teams, and field representatives to ensure smooth customer onboarding on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process order requests from employers and sales teams.
• Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems.
• Build and maintain schedules for field representatives.
• Coordinate meetings with customers and provide ongoing support to field staff.
• Resolve day‑to‑day operational challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across markets.
• Work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between home and office.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew, English, and Chinese (mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and quick learning of internal tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Experience in payments or banking is an advantage.
