Email Marketing Manager for Travel Tours

About the role

Lev Haolam is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead the email channels for LH Tours, its premium travel experience brand serving the US and English‑speaking markets. You will create and optimise campaigns that nurture leads, inspire travel, and support customers throughout their decision journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage LH Tours’ email marketing strategy and execution.
• Plan, segment, and launch email campaigns for existing subscribers and new leads.
• Build and optimise lifecycle flows such as lead nurturing, abandoned booking, and re‑engagement.
• Write story‑driven copy and collaborate on visual design using AI‑powered tools.
• Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on email marketing experience.
• Strong English writing skills (B2+ level).
• Proactive, self‑driven mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing campaigns from concept to launch.

Required skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
• Proficiency in customer segmentation and lifecycle campaign setup.
• Ability to run A/B tests and analyse email performance metrics.
• Use of AI‑powered design tools for content creation.
