Controller – Financial Reporting & Controls

About the role

Entrypoint is seeking a Controller to lead financial reporting, controls, and closing processes. Reporting directly to the VP Finance, this hands‑on position will shape cross‑functional financial processes and support senior decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial closing, providing in‑depth analysis and period‑over‑period comparisons.
• Prepare management reports for senior leadership, translating numbers into clear business stories.
• Own budget control, performing variance analysis and monitoring performance.
• Guide the bookkeeping team and oversee accounting processes.
• Implement accounting governance, internal controls, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
• Drive cross‑functional financial initiatives in close collaboration with the VP Finance.

Required profile

• CPA license (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• Approximately 5 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in financial closing, management reporting, and financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems; Priority ERP experience is a strong advantage.
• High level of English and ability to work independently with senior stakeholders.
