Controller – Finance & Accounting Leader

About the role

Kornit Digital is seeking a Controller to lead financial reporting and compliance across its global operations. The role reports to the Finance Director and requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, analytical rigor, and the ability to work with diverse teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to subsidiaries on financial information, accounting, and tax matters.
• Develop, document, and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support M&A transactions and integration of acquired companies.
• Assist the Business Development department with due diligence and related tasks.
• Collaborate with treasury, tax, FP&A, corporate, and other finance functions.
• Liaise with external auditors and advisors on audit, accounting, and financial issues.

Required profile

• CPA qualification with 4+ years of experience.
• Experience in a Big 4 high‑tech department.
• At least 2 years as an Assistant Controller or Controller in a global company.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements under U.S. GAAP.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly motivated, independent thinker with strong prioritisation skills.
• Detail‑oriented, hands‑on approach with excellent analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• U.S. GAAP knowledge
• Oracle ERP experience (advantage)
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• CPA certification
