Commission Analyst – Finance Operations

About the role

AppsFlyer is expanding its Commissions team and seeks a detail‑oriented Commission Analyst. You will act as the bridge between the sales compensation designers and the technical team that builds payout models, ensuring accurate, timely payouts.

Key responsibilities

• Translate compensation plan rules, exceptions, and edge cases into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with analysts on commission calculations, payout processing, and data synchronization.
• Implement approved compensation adjustments and perform QA on calculations before payroll sign‑off.
• Prepare and validate data for cycle close, partnering with RevOps to ensure completeness.
• Build dashboards and reports to track payout trends, attainment, and exceptions.
• Develop and maintain AI‑augmented economic models and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in commission processing, finance ops, or revenue ops.
• Hands‑on experience with sales compensation or incentive plan administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadline‑driven processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for both business and technical audiences.
• Interest in AI tools and data automation.
