Assistant Controller – Corporate Team

About the role

AppsFlyer is seeking an Assistant Controller to join its world‑class finance team. You will own critical month‑end and quarter‑end close processes, manage equity compensation accounting, and ensure accurate revenue recognition for a fast‑growing tech business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive month‑end and quarter‑end consolidated financial close and lead variance analysis.
• Manage equity and share‑based compensation accounting across the full equity lifecycle.
• Oversee complex ASC 606 revenue recognition for approximately $600 M of annual revenue, advancing automation and AI‑driven improvements.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and SEC standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, ensuring PCAOB compliance.
• Support corporate workpaper preparation, tax accounting, lease accounting (ASC 842), and internal reporting packages.

Required profile

• Big Four audit experience in the high‑tech sector.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, especially ASC 606 revenue recognition and equity/SBC accounting.
• Hands‑on experience with month‑end and year‑end close, internal controls evaluation, and deadline management.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal abilities.
