Client Services Associate – Entry Level

About the role

The Client Services Associate is the first point of contact for our customers, bridging the gap between client needs and the production team. This entry‑level position supports the full project lifecycle, from initial request through delivery, ensuring high‑quality service and timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new translation projects via our centralized platform.
• Collaborate with production staff to define scope, estimate costs and timelines.
• Prepare detailed project briefs, budgets and schedules, anticipating potential obstacles.
• Communicate project status, manage deadlines and budgets, and resolve issues before hand‑off to production.
• Serve as the central liaison between external clients and internal teams, setting and meeting client expectations.
• Follow ISO regulations, company processes, and troubleshoot problem projects when needed.

Required profile

• Superior written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑service mindset.
• Effective time‑management and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
