Chief of Staff - CFO Office

About the role

Guardio is scaling rapidly in consumer cybersecurity and needs a proactive Chief of Staff to support its CFO. This hands‑on role will manage the CFO’s calendar, drive the finance team’s operating cadence, and ensure critical initiatives move forward efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CFO’s calendar end‑to‑end, prioritising time, resolving conflicts and scheduling the right meetings.
• Run the finance team’s operating cadence – weekly staff meetings, monthly reviews, off‑sites – setting agendas, tracking action items and ensuring follow‑through.
• Prepare briefing documents, talking points and financial data for every CFO meeting.
• Track open action items across Finance, flagging risks before they become problems.
• Lead cross‑functional projects that involve Finance, chasing stakeholders and keeping timelines honest.
• Tri­age incoming requests, deciding what requires the CFO’s personal attention.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date view of all work in the CFO’s office, including ownership, deadlines and risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff or Business Manager supporting a senior executive, preferably a CFO.
• Strong grounding in finance terminology and concepts.
• Proven ability to own an operating cadence, set agendas, run meetings and ensure action items are completed.
• Excellent project‑management instincts and independent judgment.
• Fluent in Hebrew and strong written and spoken English.
