Business Operations Consultant (HubSpot)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Operations Consultant to help our B2B startup clients in Israel design and implement scalable go‑to‑market systems using HubSpot and complementary automation tools. This hands‑on position focuses on building the operational foundations that enable data‑driven sales and marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise workflows on HubSpot, Clay, Make and similar platforms.
• Maintain and manage integrations between HubSpot and tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n.
• Analyse operational and revenue data to create dashboards and reports for internal and client decision‑making.
• Lead client‑facing RevOps and automation projects from implementation through ongoing optimisation.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable, results‑oriented projects.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and comfort working with data.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self‑starter with proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Interest in experimenting with AI tools and turning them into scalable operational solutions.
